As lead analyst/writer at Direct2 Mobile, Nick is setting out to revolutionise mobile research by identifying the opportunity to establish a rapid research delivery service. Prior to launching Direct2 Mobile, Nick wrote the Mobile Advertising 2008 report for Informa, where he spent the best part of seven years, culminating in his role as Head of Research Services and Principal Analyst for the company’s premium mobile content and services products, overseeing leading industry newsletters, reports and forecasts that have helped shape the mobile industry. In this role, Nick established himself as one of the leading authorities on the mobile content, services and advertising space, regularly speaking and chairing at conferences and events around the world. Nick has been following the mobile industry on a daily basis since the mid-1990s, and has developed expertise in the area, specialising in mobile content and services, mobile advertising, data applications, company strategies and business models, as well as a solid grounding in wireless technology, and 3G/4G in particular.
